We have a major problem around the whole world called COVID-19 and its seriously affected many countries like China, Italy and now our south Asian countries like India, Bangladesh. Every day people get affected by COVID-19 and its not a good news for us. Lets we protect this by following some steps like;
- If you can, stay home and avoid meeting with more than ten people.
- If you have to go out in public, practice social distance, about six feet away from others.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place or blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth without washing your hands.
- Avoid close contact with those who are ill.
- Stay home if sick without medical care.
- If you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue; Drop the used tissue into the trash. If no handkerchief is found, there is cough or sneezing on the elbow or sleeve, not the hand.
- Cleansing and disinfecting surfaces that are often touched daily. These include tables, door knobs, light switches, handles, desks, computers, telephones, keyboards, sinks, toilets, taps and counter tops.
- If the surfaces are dirty, clean them; Use a detergent or soap and water before disinfecting. Full information on how to disinfect is available here.
- Wear a mask if you are ill. You should read the mask when you are around other people (for example, sharing a room or vehicle) and before entering the healthcare provider’s office.
According to the CDC, the symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, shortness of breath and cough. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure. If you think you have been exposed to Quid-1 and have symptoms, call a doctor for advice.
